G for Gold is an upcoming Malayalam movie to be written and directed by Ranjith starring Mohanlal after the successful movie Spirit. The movie was highlighted for the return of actress Manju Warrier to Malayalam cinema after almost 14 years and also for the combination of Mohanlal and Prithviraj for the first time. But now they are opted out as the characters were not so powerful for them to perform. The shooting of the film will begin from January 10, 2014.
